At closing, Carolina Cakes operated the majority of Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries in the Charlotte market, one of the most concentrated single-market positions in the system. All thirteen locations transferred to a single buyer simultaneously, with every lease reassigned and franchisor consent secured at closing.
